Shoulders and Neck Reset

Shoulders and neck hold a lot of daily stress.

Not because anything is “wrong” — but because modern life asks them to guard.

This is a simple reset you can do sitting or standing.

Step 1: Shoulder circles (60 seconds)


– Arms heavy
– Jaw unclenched
– Roll shoulders forward 6–10 times
– Pause
– Roll shoulders backward 6–10 times
– Optional: lift shoulders on inhale, drop on exhale (3–5 reps)

Step 2: Neck “look around” turns (60 seconds)


– Shoulders down
– Turn head slowly to the right
– Pause, exhale
– Return to centre
– Turn slowly to the left
– Pause, exhale
– 3–6 each side

Finish (10 seconds)


Stillness.
One long exhale.
Notice the difference.

**Safety:** Avoid forcing range. If dizzy, stop.
