Scan → Soften → Reset → Repeat (The Core Method)

The Movement Revolution is built on one simple idea:

Small resets, done often, change everything.

This is the method I return to when stress shows up in the body, posture feels restricted, or movement becomes narrow.

1) Scan
Pause and check in.

Where do you feel:
– tightness
– guarding
– tenderness
– restriction

No judgement. No story. Just noticing.

2) Soften (by 5%)
Use breath to reduce effort.

– Drop your shoulders
– Relax your jaw
– One slow inhale (comfortable)
– One long exhale

Then ask:
**“Can this soften by 5%?”**

Not 50%. Not perfect. Just 5%.

3) Reset
Return to the core sequence (simple, repeatable):

– Hip infinity
– Hanging twist
– Shoulder rotations
– Neck “look around” turns

(You’ll find these on the **Core Moves** page.)

4) Repeat
Repeat as needed.

Consistency beats intensity.
Gentle beats forced.

**Safety reminder:** If you feel sharp pain, dizziness, numbness, tingling, or worsening symptoms — stop and seek professional advice.

Slow and steady. 👣
